-We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if the payment method is invalid or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
3. Shipping and Delivery
-We deliver across the UK only.
-Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
-Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. The Plant Royal is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
-If a package is undelivered or lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking or replacing the order.
4. Returns and Refunds
-We strive to deliver healthy, high-quality plants. However, if your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing theplantroyal@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

-Plants are living products, and returns are generally not accepted unless there is an issue with the quality upon delivery. Non-plant items such as pots and accessories can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

-Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Plant Care Disclaimer
-We provide general plant care instructions for all our products. However, individual plant performance may vary based on environmental factors beyond our control, such as light, temperature, and humidity.
